You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use AtomBots services if prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

2. Services Overview

AtomBots provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and analytics tools designed for Web3 projects, with a special focus on:

• Token and NFT launches
• Community activity tracking
• Sentiment and performance analytics
• 3D visualization and gamified experiences
• Engagement optimization and incentive systems

All services are provided "as-is," with no guarantees of future performance.

3. Intellectual Property

All content and technology developed by AtomBots—including software, 3D visual assets, models, branding, and data visualizations—are the exclusive property of AtomBots Inc. or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our platforms for personal or internal business purposes only. Any unauthorized replication, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or decompile our software
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Extract, resell, or mine user or system data
• Infringe on third-party rights via use of our services

Violations may result in account termination and legal consequences.

5. Privacy & Data Use

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AtomBots Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Financial or reputational losses
• Data inaccuracies or API disruptions
• Errors arising from third-party integrations

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Modifications

AtomBots reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
